Finance Officer - Pasig City

Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or relevant field.

With at least experience in a similar role.

In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and accounting processes.

Outstanding analytical and time management skills.

Strong attention to detail.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

Excellent negotiating and interpersonal skills.

Ability to organize, plan, and strategize
Responsibilities:
Perform General accounting tasks, including reconciling and maintaining balance sheet accounts and general ledger operations, preparing journal entries, preparing monthly closing and financial reports, preparing account/bank reconciliations;

Perform finance analysis, reporting & management tasks;

Oversee the validation of transactions and verification performed by outsourced bookkeeping services.

Prepare payments, bank transfers and do the bank transactions as needed.

Produce periodic financial reports and other financial documents.

Ensure timely and accurate monthly and year end closure of accounts, including bank reconciliation, and submit reports to the CEO as per prescribed deadlines.

Ensure account receivables and payables activities are performed accurately and timely

Identify and resolve invoicing issues, accounting discrepancies and other financial related issue

Assist in designing, implementing, and maintaining audit-compliant internal financial controls.
