Requirements:
Engineering Supervisor is in- Charge of monitoring of building preventive maintenance, service maintenance and routine maintenance. Shall be responsible to lead Capex and projects. Shall maintain asset monitoring and upkeep. He also monitors compliance of other properties and lead the emergency plan.
Responsibilities:
- With Bachelor-s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical); licensed Engineer is preferred
- Minimum of 3 years- experience as a Property Engineer with the same or related position. Experience in a residential/building property management is preferred.
- With valid LLDA PCO Certificate
- Has strong focus on facility management and government compliance
- Can handle, monitor and upkeep of more than 5 properties
- Has a thorough understanding of HVAC, Electrical, FDAS and other mechanical equipment
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Effective and strong technical skills
- Organizational skills and good time management
