Engineering manager oversees the maintenance of buildings, electrical and mechanical systems within the resort buildings. They control the installation, repair, and upkeep of their employers- property, for systems such as elevators.

- Graduate of B. S in Engineering with valid Electrical Engineering License
- With at least 1 years experience as Engineering Manager in a hotel/resort or any related field
- With technical leadership skills for problem solving and conflict resolution
Responsibilities:
Engineering managers delegate tasks to subordinates, from painting and drywall repair to more complex activities like electrical, heating and air- Conditioning work. Oversees a range of custodial and maintenance activities. Resolves problems as they arise whether directly or by assembling teams to solve those issues.
- Communication skills for overseeing staff and working with other management personnel.
- Detail- Oriented for understanding complex systems and the ability to pay attention to details
- Excellent program and project management skills with strong document management
