Requirements:
- • Licensed electrical engineer.
- • At least 2 years of experience in electrical engineering related to housing construction projects.
- • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals.
- • Knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and regulations.
- • Familiarity with electrical design software and tools.
- • Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.
Responsibilities:
- • Design and oversee electrical systems for housing construction projects.
- • Ensure compliance with electrical codes, standards, and regulations.
- • Collaborate with architects and other engineers to integrate electrical systems into overall project designs.
- • Supervise electrical installation and maintenance activities on construction sites.
- • Conduct inspections and testing to verify the functionality and safety of electrical systems.
- • Troubleshoot electrical issues and propose solutions to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion of electrical projects.
- • Prepare project documentation, including specifications, drawings, and reports.
- • Provide technical guidance and support to project teams and non-technical personnel.
