Customer Service Representative - Las Pinas

Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least HS Diploma
At least 6mos call center experience preferred for this position
At least 1- 4 years experienced employees specialized in Customer Service or equivalent
Preferably, has handled a financial campaign
Willing to work in the night shift
Willing to work Onsite (in Las Piñas (near Alabang))
Responsibilities:
Manage large amounts of incoming calls and outgoing calls
Generate sales leads
Identify and assess customers- needs to achieve satisfaction
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
Benefits:
Fixed shift- 11: 00PM- 8: 00AM, Mon- Fri
Earn P20,000 + commissions + P5,000 allowance
