JOB DESCRIPTION
Requirements:
- Male / Female

- Candidate must possess at least a bachelor's degree

- Must be willing to work Onsite in New Manila QC

- Good Communication Skills
Responsibilities:
- Handle customers customers through phone, email, and chat.

- Answering customer queries whether IT be pre-sales, technical or after sales support.

- Gather first-hand information from customers to improve products and services.

- Understand the products that we-re selling and provide correct recommendations to customers and close out the sale.

- Be technically capable to discuss the specifications, use cases and troubleshooting of our products to customers to answer and questions they may have or resolve their concern.
