Monitor live calls during US PST hours and make interventions wherever necessary.
Directly handle inbound calls when required.
Enter data related to the calls handled in the required format on various applications like confluence.
Take actions to improve call flow and overall operations efficiency.
Transcribe conversations ,Testing Product and categorize them as required.
Coordinate between different individuals and agencies as required for ensuring smooth transaction flow.
Prepare reports as necessary and provide periodic updates to management.
Work on improving and automating the end- To- End transaction call and process.
