Responsibilities:
- Key duties of include: - Gathering, evaluating, organizing, managing, and collating information in a variety of formats ensuring compliance with regulations set by the country's DRA (Drug Regulating Agency). - Maintaining familiarity with company product ranges planning, undertaking, and regulatory inspections. - Keeping up to date with changes in regulatory legislation and guidelines. - Liaising and negotiating with regulatory authorities. - Offering advice about company policies, practices, and systems related to compliance - Obtaining permits/approvals as required for the business and products - Ensuring that quality standards are met, and submissions meet strict deadlines. - Handles projects as assigned by immediate superior - Preparing documentation such as legal/regulatory documents, monitoring/inspection forms for the warehouse, reports, and other assigned documentation. - Pro-active quality checks of suppliers, abiding by the rules and regulations of the importing and exporting country. - Handle escalated complaints diplomatically by investigating and taking the appropriate follow-up actions. - Conduct an audit to ensure compliance with standard operating procedures and workplace safety. - Ensure proper maintenance of Office equipment - Be always present at the time of surprise audits/inspections, meetings, company events, and training. - Keeping records and doing other administrative tasks - Qualifications and training required: - Newly Licensed Pharmacist; training for QPIRA will be provided - Good working attitude and pleasant personality - Team player with the ability to work independent - Prior working experience (minimum 1-3 years), especially in a corporate pharmacist position would be an advantage - Prior industry internship or at least one-year working experience would be an advantage
