Your main job is to collect money that is owed to the company. This involves making calls to people who owe money and keeping a record of your conversations. You should also be polite and professional when talking to these people. In addition, you'll handle payments and keep track of specific accounts. Your goal is to meet the targets set by your department. You may also have other tasks assigned to you, and if you need help, you can ask your supervisors. It's important to communicate and follow up with customers promptly. You'll also use phones and email, and maintain databases.
