Civil Engineer - Makati

Requirements:
Education: Licensed Civil Engineer
Experience: 2 years of related work experience
Training: 8 hours of relevant training
Knowledge:

Contractors' Law and other relevant laws
Responsibilities:
1. Prepares reports on the due diligence review and background investigation of applications for accreditation of contractors, developers, and home builders in accordance with SHFC's Builders' Manual and its relevant guidelines;
2. Presentation of applicant builders for accreditation to the committee;
3. Conducts performance review and monitoring of accredited builders in accordance with SHFC's Builder's Guidelines;
4. Reviews SHFC builders' eligibility for the projects of the community association being assisted by SHFC;
5. Conducts technical orientation, training, and learning exchange activities for SHFC partners;
6. Provides technical inputs and assistance in the conduct of activities under the Department, including trainings on construction monitoring, housing design, hazard maps, etc.
7. Provides technical inputs and assistance in the policy formulation of SHFC's Builders' Manual;
8. Attends and contributes to meetings, presentations, and training courses, recognizing one's own contribution to those events;
9. Validates accomplishments/compliance documents submitted by stakeholders and coordinates with other departments;
10. Reviews and monitors compliance of builder- Applicants; and
11. Performs other related tasks that may be assigned.
Salary: Php28,500. 00 - Php29,000. 00 per month
