Chief Accountant | 5 Years Experience As Chief Accountant - Parañaque

Requirements:
Must be a graduate of Bachelor Degree of any four year business course, preferably Accounting major.
1. A certified Public Account
2. With at least three (3) years experience as supervisor
3. Must possess leadership abilities and good human relations.

Responsibilities:
1. Reviews and certifies as to the correctness of the following documents:
- Medicare Claims
- Disbursement Vouchers
- Patients Statement of Accounts
- Purchase Orders
- Journal Vouchers
- Payroll
- Certification of SSS, PHIC & HDMF Contributions
- Loan application to HDMF
2. Analyzes and submits regular financial reports to management
3. Reports monthly, quarterly, and annual corporate and VAT returns
4. Reviews books of accounts.
5. Attends meeting and seminar related to accounting and other matters.
6. Maintains General Ledger.
7. Prepares reports like budget, accounting manual and others as may be required by management.
8. Prepares monthly payroll of Officer and Departments heads.
9. Supervise the Cashier, Billing, Philhealth and Accounting sections.
10. Attends to inquiries of external auditor, BIR and other government entities,
11. Performs other duties as may be required by management.
