- Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience
- Must have experience in Data Analysis (DA)
- Must have effective written and oral communication skills
- Must have positive, customer-focused interpersonal skills and attitude
- Must be able to work in a team environment
- Proven experience working as a Change Manager in the IT industry.
- Preferably can start ASAP.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for reviewing and analyzing change records.
- Assisting throughout the entire change management lifecycle.
- Coordinate the building, testing, and implementation of changes
- Authorize minor change requests and coordinate with the Change Advisory Board for changes presenting higher risk
- Responsible for conducting a post-implementation review
- Maintain all change documentation (policies, procedures, templates, etc.)
