We are looking for Business/Finance Intelligence Analyst to support Change Healthcare, an international healthcare company located in BGC, Taguig.

Key Responsibilities: 
Development of detailed and streamlined reporting for the Deal Desk team, enabling standardization of information and analysis across the team. Drive innovation through visualization of data using BI dashboarding tools to manage information delivery and critical metric insights.  Business advocate in the design and use of systems and processes impacting the Deal Desk department. Communicate actionable insights based on deep-dive analysis of revenue, volumes, and other metrics involving active pricing requests and specific product sales initiatives. Identify process and data improvement opportunities.  Support the development of improved data content that will assist the Deal Desk team’s analysis and department initiatives. Perform research utilizing financial, trend and variance analysis to support pricing and promotional decisions. Maintain and update renewal and discount pricing guideline standards. Support a proactive contract renewals process that will inform the team of upcoming renewals. Conduct ad hoc pricing and financial analysis to support new and ongoing initiatives. Provide support for essential business improvement projects.
Minimum Qualifications:
BA/BS degree from accredited four-year college or university in Business or closely related field. 3 years’ experience in
analytical role, developing metrics, presenting insights, and managing data/ process in CRM and database systems.
Critical Skills:
Self-motivated and proactive with a strong customer service orientation. Results-oriented strategic thinker with a strong sense of urgency. Proven ability to independently create, validate, present, and implement ideas. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.  Solid experience with SQL, Python, and Microsoft Access. Solid experience with SQL, Python, Microsoft Access, and Tableau. Experience working in Salesforce CRM. Knowledge of forecasting, budgeting, strategic planning and financial modeling. Strong business acumen to perform financial, trend and variance analysis, identify cost drivers, and understand services and business strategy.  Excellent organization and planning skills with ability to work well under pressure and in an environment of change. Speaks clearly and can be easily understood.  Organizes written messages effectively and correctly utilizing an appropriate business writing style. Presents a positive manner with internal customers & stakeholders  Applies technical knowledge to solve problems.  Proposes new approaches, methods, or technologies.  Displays intellectual curiosity. Drives results with limited supervision. Navigates matrix organizations well.
