BPO Sales Representative | 2 Years Experience - Taguig

We are a young business process outsourcing company looking for Sales agents to be part of a team serving a multinational e- Commerce client present in multiple geographies/time zones UK/Canada/Australia. The Sales agents will be responsible for delivering a high level of courteous and efficient sales pitch to customers. You should be resilient and adaptable and have a natural passion for making people happy.

1. Bachelor's degree with 2+ years in a Sales role with a proven track record in a BPO or related industry
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
3. Ability to work in a fast- Aced environment and meet sales targets
4. Strong negotiation and sales skills
5. Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and techniques
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
7. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Responsibilities:
1. Calling existing customers that have recently canceled, to gather feedback on the client's service.
2. Responsible for customer returns by providing great offers to customers eg. Discount vouchers
3. Providing general support and building engaging relationships on each and every customer call or interaction
4. Work towards the Sales team KPI and targets set by the management
5. Actively suggest ways to improve internal procedures and processes
6. Make every effort to support and positively reflect the client brand to others
7. Being an expert on company policies, tools, and systems
