Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in HRM, Business related courses or any four-year course
Proficient in both oral and written communication
Preferably a former Assistant Restaurant Manager or Officer-in-Charge of a Jollibee Store
Completion of Management Training is an advantage
Responsibilities:
The Asst. Restaurant Manager (AM) supports the Manager in achieving their targets by applying planning, organizing, leading, and controlling skills. In addition, they are charged with recommending action plans, data gathering, and implementing marketing programs.
They will assist the Manager in meeting sales targets, meeting standards, managing performance, and crises.
The AM will have to undergo and pass the management training to achieve this.
