Ambulance Crew - Parañaque

Requirements:
- Registered Nurse (Graduate of Nursing, passed the Nursing Board Exams)
- EMT training from an accredited institution (either basic, advanced, or paramedic)
- Updated Advanced Cardiac Life Support
- Update Basic Life Support
- Updated IV training course
- Any other background in healthcare
- At least 6 months up to 1 year of experience as an EMT in the ambulance
- With a Professional Driver-s License
Responsibilities:
- Supervises, directs, and monitors the activities of each member of the team, providing them with a set of duties and responsibilities and ascertaining that these are carried out properly and efficiently.
- Supervises lines of communication between and among the crew and Central, clients/patients, the base hospitals, and physicians.
- Works with other members of the team to render comprehensive emergency nursing care to all patients.
- Make decisions regarding the needs of the patient.
- Ensures that the physician-s orders are carried out properly.
- Responsible for the proper documentation of ambulance Trip Ticket, Patient Assessment Sheet, Receipt of Payment, and other pertinent forms.
- Accounts for all currency on hand during the tour of duty.
- Always maintains radio contact with Central.
- Act as navigator en route to the patient.
- Supervises the maintenance of the ambulances, its equipment, and supplies.
- Maintain good appearance, good grooming, and come always in full uniform as prescribed by the Company.
Occasional Task
- Evaluates the performance of junior crew members and trainees.
- Orients the junior team members on proper protocols and procedures and the application thereof.
- Participates in lectures, seminars, and meetings required by management.
- Maintains an adequate level of physical fitness as required by the rigors of .
- Performs all other duties attuned with the company-s line of work as may be assigned by the Shift Manager, Operations manager, or the Medical Director.
