- Four-year college degree and at least 5 years of experience as an executive/admin assistant or a similar role
- Experience working with a global team with native English speakers

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate weekly, monthly, and quarterly meetings and key projects
- Calendar management
- Prepare documentations, minutes of meetings, correspondences, and reports
- Capture data, synthesize information, and ensure follow up after meetings
- Track deadlines per trackers and follow up
- Update dashboards, trackers, and databases
- Work with executives to streamline workflows and processes
- Assist in other administrative functions as needed
