Requirements:
Oversee and manage the general accounting functions, including, but not limited to: Accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and taxes,
Oversee Finance and inventory of the company,
Assess current practices and procedures, and make recommendations for improvements,
Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy an completeness,
Supervise or manage general ledger accounting functions,
Checking of all billings and payables to the suppliers
Checking and approving check vouchers, ensuring that all supporting documents attached are genuine and above board,
Prepare the Daily Cash Flow report,
Ensuring that all disbursements for the day are fully funded.
Responsibilities:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
CPA is advantage but not required.
At least 2 years of progressive accounting experience with a portion of it being in a supervisory role.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities across all level of an organization.
Strong leadership skills with a dedication to driving and achieving results.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Experience with other financial systems.
Willing to work in Deparo, Caloocan City.
