JOB DESCRIPTION
Requirements:
1. Graduate of BS Accountancy, Accounting Technology/ Management/Finance or equivalent.
2. At least 1 year work experience int he same position or newly graduate with related training obtained during OJT.
3. Computer literate and well versed in MS Office especially in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
4. Adept with numbers and quantitative analysis
5. Good problem- Olving skills, keen to details and organized
6. Good written and oral communication skills
7. Good ability to balance multiple priorities and can submit report on time
8. Able to work effectively with others and can easily adapt to new environment
Responsibilities:
1. Using documents to verify, record, and process transactions.
2. Maintaining accurate and complete records, including ledgers, journals, invoices, receipts, and information related to supplies and inventory.
3. Assisting the accounting department in daily, monthly, and annual activities, including generating financial reports, developing budgets, preparing taxes, and assisting with audits and resolving discrepancies.
4. Speaking with vendors and suppliers to ensure charges are accurate and that payments are received in a timely manner.
