Social Media Manager & Marketing Coordinator - Remote

Requirements:

• • Minimum 1 year of experience in social media marketing or a related field.
• • Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) and content creation best practices.
• • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• • Proficient in graphic design software (Canva, Photoshop preferred).
• • Experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Constant Contact a plus).
• • A passion for the beauty industry and knowledge of current trends is a plus.
• • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• • Highly motivated and self-directed with a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities:

• • Working with the production team to create and manage content creative marketing materials, such as flyers, posters, and digital ads.
• • Working with social media agencies to run ad campaigns on Meta, TikTok, YouTube & Google.
• • Manage our social media presence, including engaging content (photos, videos, stories) showcasing our services, stylists, and salon atmosphere.
• • Develop and implement a social media marketing strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and follower growth.
• • Create email marketing campaigns to promote special offers, new services, and events.
• • Manage online reputation by responding to reviews and comments on social media and other platforms.
• • Collaborate with the director and team to manage high-quality photos and videos for marketing purposes.
• • Track and analyse marketing campaign performance and make adjustments as needed.
• • Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends and marketing strategies in the beauty industry.
