Our working hour are from 6am to 3:50pm, Mondays to Fridays only.
Laboratory & Scientific Customer Service Representatives-CSR (Inbound/Outbound)
College graduate, preferably BS Chemistry or Biology or any science related courses
Inbound/Outbound/Prospecting Roles
Possess above average to excellent English communication skills (written and spoken) including active listening
Computer literate e.g. MS Office and Open Office and with excellent typing skill
Be able to do multi-tasking
Customer-focused, enthusiastic, prompt, courteous and patient in handling customer concerns
With high tolerance for stress, pleasant disposition and excellent judgment skills
Provide customer with product and service information
Previous sales experience of scientific or into scientific market is an advantage
Must be willing to work in Makati
