Requirements:
- • Open for Filipino proficient in Korean (Basic to Conversational)
- • Filipino who can speak English
- • High school graduate or undergraduate
- • Can start as soon as possible
- • No age limit and no gender preferences
Responsibilities:
- • Assist Korean patient on how much is the coverage of hospitalization
- • Answer emails and calls from insured Korean Speaker about their policy
- • Benefits of family member for the insurance
- • Discuss the qualification to the patient to be qualified for reimbursement of fees
- • Give the Korean customers the list of hospitals and clinics covered by insurance
- • Assist Korean patient with the requirements to get the amount of the policy
