JOB DESCRIPTION


Requirements:

  • • Filipino National fluent in Korean and English
  • • Korean national with permanent visa holder
  • • High School or bachelor's degree graduate are welcome to apply
  • • With customer service or technical experience voice account is an advantage
  • • Can start working asap
  • • Willing to work in Shifting schedule and on-site

Responsibilities:

  • • Assist clients in software and hardware related concerns through email, chats and calls with the use of supported scripts and procedures
  • • Respond to clients inquiries regarding the technical issues encountered
  • • Escalate concerns as necessary to achieve customer satisfaction
  • • Must be updated with the current process and should be knowledgeable in providing resolutions to specific concerns
