- • Must have 3 months of call center experience. Or, you need 6 -months of customer service experience in any industry.
- • Good communication skills
- • Are you excited about providing top-notch service to customers? We're looking for a dynamic person to join our team. They will be a Customer Service Representative in the heart of Makati-Ayala. They will work on our Automobile account.
- • Your Key Responsibilities:
- • Respond to customers. Give correct information and solve problems with a friendly attitude.
- • Handle incoming calls and emails about car products. Make sure customers are happy with clear communication.
- • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions, updating information as needed.
